Family Feeding

At NourishYou, we get it - mealtimes can feel stressful! Within nutrition, Joanna discovered that her deepest enjoyment comes from working with families to reduce stress associated with mealtimes and feeding routines. By working with her clients to increase feeding confidence, conquer food fears, and manage dietary restrictions, she helps make mealtimes feel simple, fun, and natural. 

 

For expectant or new parents, Joanna brings expertise in all aspects of infant feeding including breastfeeding, weaning, allergies, failure to thrive, and growth and weight monitoring. She also offers prenatal and postnatal nutrition support. 

 

For toddlers and children who are selective eaters (sometimes called picky eaters), cautious eaters, and have dietary restrictions, Joanna is able to work with you to ensure that your family meal dynamic feels natural and is both healthy and fun.
